Miller branch, 100 S. Wilcox St.). At the event, Celebrating Colorado\u2019s National Parks and Monuments, Fielder will talk about and present his collection of photos of Colorado\u2019s federal lands.<\/p>\n<p>Fielder has been capturing the natural beauty of Colorado landscapes for 40 years. He is a nationally renowned photographer, publisher, teacher and environmentalist who first became smitten with Colorado at the age of 14.<\/p>\n<p>Fielder is the photographer of more than 40 coffee table, guide and children\u2019s books, including Colorado\u2019s bestselling regional title, \u201cColorado 1870-2000\u201d (William Henry Jackson and John Fielder). He is dedicated to promoting the protection of Colorado\u2019s open space and wildlands, and was awarded the Sierra Club\u2019s Ansel Adams Award, the University of Denver\u2019s Daniel L.
